Community Development Group welcomes NCMC, Inc. to the Wyndham Hill Development in Frederick, Colorado
NCMC, Inc. recently contracted with Community Development Group and Frederick Development Company to purchase 50 acres of land near the intersection of I-25 and SH -52 in Frederick in southern Weld County for
development as a medical campus to be operated by Banner Health. Closing on the land purchase is anticipated by mid-summer, 2008.
A partnership of two doctors who have lived and practiced in the Carbon Valley area will be opening a medical facility at the intersection of Highway 52 and Colorado Blvd. in Community Development Group’s Miner’s Village project. Community Development Group has been working with the Town of Erie on our Erie Commons community and the collaborative planning environment created by the Town has been helpful in proceeding through all of the necessary steps. We look forward to continuing our mutual interests as we proceed with the development of our other Erie projects.

"At the October 2007 Town of Erie Board of Trustees’ meeting, Community Development Group received unanimous approval of their BridgeWater Annexation application. The project will encompass 968 acres north of Leon A. Wurl Parkway between WCR 3 and WCR 5. The Director of Erie’s Community Development said, “The proposed development will bring substantial amenities to the town such as a diversity of housing types, preservation of open space including connection of the town’s trail system, and the opportunity for approximately 12 acres of mixed-use which may include commercial development.
