The Broadlands: Made up of 2,400 homes connected by parks, wireless networks, recreational amenities, trails, schools, a shopping center and an 18-hole championship golf course, the Broadlands showcases our commitment to collaboration. Working together with the City and County of Broomfield and architectural firms Calthorpe Associates and DTJ Design, we created a new Comprehensive Plan, Design Guidelines and growth management ordinance to reflect the town’s values.
