Colorado Technology Center: Community Development Group collaborated with the City of Louisville to save the Colorado Technology Center from bankruptcy and invested in the project, bringing a new entitlement and vision. To boost the market appeal of this critical employment center, we expanded the park’s physical boundaries, upgraded the landscaping, monuments and architecture, and brought in an experienced sales team to reposition and market this office and industrial park. In accomplishing these tasks, we succeeded in revitalizing the city’s commercial tax base and economic future.
