January 16, 2017 CDG presents concept plan for Summerfield
In December 2016, CDG presented its concept plan for the Summerfield project to the Town of Erie. Summerfield is being envisioned as an active adult lifestyle community with a mixture of age-restricted, age targeted and free-market home sites. Overall design of the project will ensure this vision becomes a reality, with two amenity centers, miles of trails, views of the continental divide and a new community well situated in the growing Town of Erie with easy access to downtown Erie, Boulder and Denver.
