January 11, 2019 Our Sweetgrass Community has Expanded
KB Homes is adding more lots in our Sweetgrass community. 15 new home sites are available now at the entrance into the community at Sweetgrass Parkway and Summit Blvd. They also recently added an additional 200+ lots that will have finished home sites in the summer of 2019.
Located adjacent to I-25 and Highway 52 in Dacono, Sweetgrass offers a major window for the city to capture commercial and retail opportunities, together with recreational facilities and distinctive but affordable residential neighborhoods. The community was designed to meet the housing needs of north metro Denver while expanding the foundation for the small but growing municipality of Dacono. Community Development Group collaborated with the Weld County RE-8 School District to bring the Homyak PK-8 charter school to the site accommodating students throughout the area.
