After graduating with a finance degree from Pennsylvania State and an MBA from Columbia, Chuck made his way to Colorado and started Bellock Construction. From there, the organic growth of CDG, under Chuck’s leadership, has created numerous communities throughout the front range. Chuck’s vision guides each of CDG’s projects, from inception thru completion, effecting master planning, to monumentation design, amenity center architecture and all points in between. His finance background ensures all decisions include a foundation in the numbers, ensuring a successful outcome for each project for all constituents. Chuck’s strong beliefs in community involvement have led him to board seats for numerous organizations, including Community Food Share. He is also a strong supporter of Colorado Home Aid, Boulder Shelter for the Homeless, the Conservation Fund and the American Technion Society. After graduating from Iowa State with a B.S. in Community and Regional Planning, Jon left the cornfields for the Rocky…After graduating from Iowa State with a B.S. in Community and Regional Planning, Jon left the cornfields for the Rocky Mountains. Not long after landing in Arvada, Colorado, he left the mountains for the desert southwest to pursue a Masters in Public Administration at Arizona State. After graduation, he chose private real estate development over the public sector. Jon assisted a Zoning Attorney for a number of years and then joined the largest land development company in the Phoenix Region. In 1991 he returned to the mountains and again settled in Arvada. Joining Community Development Group in 1992, he has used his planning and administrative skills to direct the operations of the company. He is hands-on for all entitlements, land purchases, land sales, builder relations, and construction activity. When not working, Jon enjoys his time with his wife and 3 boys, his cars and garage time, and playing beer league hockey.Read More

After working up through the ranks, he found his first CFO position in Boulder with the local design, build and development company Coburn Partners. There he worked on numerous iconic Boulder projects, including Holiday Neighborhood, the Steelyards and 1505 Pearl. Now, with CDG, Steve oversees accounting and finance for over 80 legal entities, including land owners, development companies, metropolitan districts and HOA’s. When the work day is over, Steve can often be found running, riding or skiing the trails around Boulder and the nearby high peaks of the Rocky Mountains.Read More

After leaving the company in 2008, she went on to work as a paralegal for an insurance defense firm and as a business manager for an engineering company and IT recruiting firm, before going back to college where she finally discovered that her passion was in the accounting field. Jessica returned to CDG in 2013, taking over the Controller position, following the retirement of her predecessor. Jessica is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department for all CDG related entities. Away from the office, she enjoys attending various sporting events and concerts with her husband, entertaining friends and spending time with her family.Read More

Having worked in the construction industry his entire career, he has worked on several highway and bridge projects, railroad projects, DIA runways, and even the I-70 Glenwood Canyon tunnels. He has also spent several years managing subdivision construction projects and public improvement projects. In his spare time he can be found enjoying all that Colorado has to offer - off-roading, river rafting, snowboarding, fishing, and always the Broncos games. Vivien began bookkeeping in the banking industry before moving into the construction industry where she specialized in payroll. After some…Vivien began bookkeeping in the banking industry before moving into the construction industry where she specialized in payroll. After some time away from accounting, as a technician at a research facility, Vivien went back to bookkeeping doing audit work and management for hotels. Vivien then took a break from sitting indoors and began to walk a lot delivering mail for the USPS. Feeling a need to challenge herself, Vivien hung up her satchel and went back to school. She completed the P.O.S.T. certification program in Law Enforcement. After graduation Vivien decided to go back to the work she enjoyed the most, numbers. She worked for a home builder in Santa Barbara as well as an architectural firm before moving to Colorado. Vivien found work at an engineering firm as a Project Controller assisting project managers with contracts, work orders, budgets, compliance with government and company policies, and all accounting aspects of their projects. At CDG Vivien handles bookkeeping functions for 80 entities and assists the Controller and CFO. Outside of work Vivien enjoys the outdoors; hiking, kayaking, swimming, cycling, and photographing Road, Track, and Cyclocross races.Read More
